They offered to repair the equipment but we opted to replace due to various issues with the unit. The One Season team, especially Aubrey and Mike were very kind and professional. I was able to get an appointment even with very hot weather quickly and we got a new customer introductory price . Technician Daniel told me in advance what he was going to do and he cleaned our outdoor enclosed condensor unit. Our prior HVAC company had gone out of business so a couple of theur good employees in the service field noe work at One Season. They appear to be a good company to service a person's unit.
