Thank you to One Season Heating & Air — I had no idea how thorough a furnace tune-up could be until now! The technician took the time to show me the blower motor and explained how dirty it had gotten. It was eye-opening and really showed the value of proper maintenance. Aubrey came out and helped diagnose the issue thoroughly—there’s a leak somewhere in the refrigerant line, and with refrigerant costs being so high, we were worried this would turn into an expensive “quick fix.” Instead, Aubrey took his time, explained what he was seeing, and came up with a really thoughtful solution.
